BOSCH VW AG NOxC4 EGS-NX2 04L 907 805 CG 0 281 007 147/148 BPT 12V does not work. There is just silence on the can bus, verified with a scope. Seems to need a wakeup datagram which is vendor specific (VW AG).

24V Sensors should work because they have a standard protocol (SAE J1939).

All NOx sensors of the SAE J1939 type of Bosch EGS-NX2 are compatible with this device. As it is compatible with SAE J1939 it may be compatible with other devices. If you want to purchase a compatible 12V sensor, we recommend the Bosch model 0 281 007 891. If you want to purchase a compatible 24V sensor, we recommend the Bosch model 0 281 007 156.
